Since Adora Presets offers digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except in the following cases:

• If you did not receive the product after successful payment, contact us at 1adorapresets@gmail.com within 24 hours.

• If there is a technical issue with the file, we will provide a replacement.

We do not process refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
